Reporting a Game Problem

To help us understand a technical problem, include the page URL, browser name, device type, what you expected, and the steps that reproduce the issue. An exact error message or screenshot is useful when available. Please first try reloading the game once and confirm that your connection can load other websites.

Content Corrections

If a guide contains an outdated instruction or inaccurate description, identify the heading and explain what happens in the current version of the game. We review specific, reproducible reports and update the page where appropriate.

Privacy Requests

Use the subject line "Privacy Request" and describe the right you want to exercise. We may need enough information to locate the relevant communication and confirm that the request concerns you. Read the Privacy Policy for details.

Safety Reminder

Do not email passwords, payment card numbers, government identification numbers, health records, or other sensitive personal data. Pixel Flow does not need this information to investigate a game or content issue.

Response Time

We aim to review legitimate messages within seven business days. Delivery and response times can vary, and messages that are spam, abusive, or unrelated to the site may not receive a response.
